was wondering why the speed is still so low
do i need to ring sky and get a ticket number then get them to manually configure it?
any suggestions would be helped. it is plugged into the test socket with a filtered faceplate.

      Re: Just upgraded

according to those stats all your going to see is an increase in is your upload speed if they are from the test socket theres definately no room for improvement on the download speed. i assume you've just got an upgrade from the everyday package the unlimited package as you said your speeds are the same.. if you got 6/10mb on the everyday package then our going to get 6/20mb on the unlimited package!

I assume you have sky talk line rental also? I.e., you're on 'SVBN'? (Sky Voice & Broadband Network)?

      Re: Just upgraded

Apart from moving closer to the exchange no. As already explained with your line attentuation your synching at your best speed. Your upload speed should start to increase though.
