Is there something in your house that comes on at that time that is not on at any other time in the day.

Think boiler, water/emmersion heater, washer/dryer etc. Or the old favourite, street lights!!!

yh it seems to get bad when the street lights come on, and i didnt think a boiler could interfere lol

You should download router stats lite and try that. It will show the noise margin change when it starts and when it returns to normal.

You should also reboot the router when the drop happens.

Lots of things can interfere, especially something like a boiler that has a pump running drawing a current, the electrical interference can kill a signal.

Keep an eye on the street lights though especially if you line runs anywhere near one.

It could be a lose connection on the pole or somewhere between there and the exchange.
