      Something wrong with my broadband

It has been a month since i upgraded my sky broadband and my nomral internet speed is about 5MB. When i have tried to connect my line through the master socket, i get 13MB. Also when i take out my landline wire, and when i call someone, i always get 13mb. Any ideas?

Filters? How many sockets on the telephone line and how many filters in use? You should always have the router on the main socket via a filter if possible.

Ok, it sounds like your router is connected to an extension socket through a Microfilter and your land line is connected to a seperate socket without a Microfilter.

Router has to be connected to the MasterSocket Through a Microfilter.
Any other socket in the home that is being used needs to have a Microfilter connected to it.
Can you do this for us and please post your router stats.
That should resolve the issue once your setup is corrected.
