      download speed 0.61 mbs
      upload speed 0.17 mbs ( speedtest.net)

      Date Download Speed Upload Speed
      Today 14:09 609 kbps (76.1kB/s) 209 kbps (26.1kB/s) ( my broadband speed)

      It has dipped by half in the last week................Sky suggest resetting up my desktop in the lounge connected to the main tlephone lie before anything can be reasonably tested. The computer has been in the same place for 2 years ....with no probs

      Any help very gratefully recieved.

      You need to post your router stats from the current location and also from the TEST socket, this is a standard but important test and will check if there is any problems with the wiring your side.

      Hi there done the test..it remains at

      .46 mbs for download and
      .18 mbs for upload. Can I deduce from this that all my internal stuff is fine.?
