      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 2835 kbps 601 kbps
      Line Attenuation 65 db 39 db
      Noise Margin 6 db 9 db

      the fact ou are 65DB, that the lord you are getting that, at best I would of imagined 1.5

      That is a very good speed, I would try the test socket just to make sure that you are getting all the speed you can.

      Yep, as the others have said thats a very good sync for the attenuation. By all means try the test socket but I wouldnt hope for much more. With an att of 65 the best you could normally expect is around 2 meg. You must have an excellent quality, albeit long line.

      If your profile was changed to G.dmt, you may push out a slight bit more and make it more stable/error free.

      My line is stable never get any errors! No change from the test socket sky said speed might of dropped a bit when i had my delay lowered for gaming when i do a speed test on my ps3 which is wired i get speeds of upto 8 mgps is this wrong?????

      That explains the drop in speed then if you have had your max delays reduced.

      Well somethings not right, with the stats shown in your first post where you sync at 2835 theres no way you are going to get downloads approaching 8 meg.
