that would depend on if you want an LLU connection if available at your exchange or wish to continue on the pants service thats called connect.

Have you checked if O2 are available at your exchange?

The best ISP I have ever used is IDnet. they are not the cheapest by a long way, but if you want top speeds all the time, perfect support, you will find you will be very happy, however be prepared to pay for that sort of service

Id run screaming from both AOL and talktalk I think they run a joint trainning college for customer service staff aka a chimp house

All suppliers of a rebadged connect package wont jump thru hoops to help you as you are costing them being connected via that package rather then an LLU connection.

Might I suggest visiting your local exchange one night with a large container of pertrol poof instant exchange upgrade and lots of free slots available

that is a load of rubbish, there are some excellent isp out there who have great customer service,i myself can vouch for IDnet who are amazing and will pick up the phone within a matter of rings and straight through to someone without being put on hold, oh and their helpline number is free

Hi here`s a couple of links to look at Sky Connect Broadband - Are you being slowed down? and (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users

There are also some ISPs who have a 1month Contract so you can see if they are any good

Make sure you read carefully the T&C's though, as some of them do indeed offer a 1 month contract, but if you look closely a lot will charge you a hefty leaving fee if you dont stay for long, usually 50

Hi yes as Aeschylus says aways make sure you read the Terms & Conditions for any extra costs for leaving after a couple of months or if they are good do they do a 12month contract cheaper than their 1 month contract.
