      can i have usefull numbers

      I should have been conncected on the 29th August. My router arrived on the 30 with engineer but I am still not activated. I have rung different places was told couldnt get through to provisioning told finished at 5pm told tie parr on line waiting for bt to sort now told waiting for provisioning date. bt tracker just says order done on 30th august next screen not helpful.

      Going pillar to post all this time. Need number for bt and numbers for sky can anyone help is anyone being messed about with this tie parr problem.

      Sorry to see this and as for calling BT they will tell you nothing except to call SkyBB but you will find some numbers here that may help http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/a/

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
