      dg934g stops

      I do a lot of streaming over the net and the problem is every 6min the modem will stop all the lights stop on then it is ok again ?? I tested it today and the timing is every 6mins the problem is when it stops the server I am streaming to drops my stream can anybody please help it is driving me nuts.

      Are you using wireless? if so try a wire.

      Does the @ light on the router flash orange when the router hangs?

      no I am using a Ethernet connection to the PC
      and no the modem is on line but the green lights that flash when streaming just stay on for the time it is dropped then flash again when it starts again
      I have tried it with 3 pcs to eliminate the PC end so I think it is a modem thing ????

      your exchange doesnt offer any LLU broadband products at the moment, if you found that BT broadband was better then your current sky connect package then sure you could go back.. your not going to have much luck until they bring out LLU at your exchange though

      Hi I have just had a look at your exchange I see you do not have any ISPs with LLU. Are you having problems from 4pm till Midnight that is when a lot of connect Customer are receiving really low speed and disconnections the connect package is being Traffic Shaped during those times. Have you seen
      Sky.com - Sky Help Centre>Product Help look at Sky Broadband Connect customers only. There are a lot of ISPs that use Bt re-badged products have a look at the various connect threads for more information
