    Desperate for help

      Desperate for help

      I'm having big problems with speed, I was getting an average of 3.4kbps but it has dropped over several months to 1.0kbps. Even the support team said I should be on a higher speed. Can anyone help me should I buy a new router currently have 54mbps Netgear DG834GT

      You're capped and need to call sky to get it configured back to where it was.

      You have been capped and need to ring Sky, changing your router won't make any difference.
