      Upgrading to Broadband unlimited - contract?

      Hi.Can anyone tell me if you are upgrading to unlimited under the current offer(6months free).Do you start a new 12 month contract or can you downgrade again after 6 months?.

      I would imagine that the offer requires a minimum 12 month term. There should be some T&C's with the requirements in.

      My reading of it was that you could downgrade again after 6 months, I think their relying upon people forgetting to do so, or being impressed with the extra speed (1 week into DLM and mine hasn't changed)

      I did the same - noticed it mentioned that a new contract wasnt required - so ill downgrade in 6months, unless I happen to have extra income by then.

      1 week in and up to 16mb, thought I would get nearer 20 - can it still go up?
