      dropped speed 20mb unlimited

      hi guys,i am currently on a 20MB unlimited line and my speed has dropped a lot in the last week could you check my stats below,many thanks for your help.


      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 14287 kbps 921 kbps
      Line Attenuation 27.5 db 15.5 db
      Noise Margin 6.6 db 10.0 db

      Also, if you are using wireless, try a wire.

      Mine has gone down about 2 Mb/s over the past few days, it may be down to Ice getting into the cabinets, I've seen advice elsewhere saying wait until the weather clears and if it doesn't go back up to your previous levels, then get in touch with SKY, That's what I am going to do.
