Acquiring Network Address..
Hi all.
There seems to be a problem with my LAN connection with PC#1 and router.
Wireless is working fine (how I am posting).
The network doesn't get set an IP address or default gateway.
When I try to manually set this it is connected to the network with no internet connection.
Any ideas on how to get this fixed, been going on for about 36 hours and all machines have been turned off, restarted and reconfigured where possible.
Thanks Rafiki.

Re: Acquiring Network Address..
try and go into start>right click my computer>properties>hardware tab>device manager and check the network adapters section to make sure all your drivers are installed and working.
if you see a yellow !'s beside a device in the device manager then right click on it and go into properties and have a look at the device status
