      Downgrading from 'Unlimited' to 'Everyday'

I have had the Sky Broadband 'Unlimited' service for 16 months.

I am considering downgrading to the Sky Broadband 'Everyday' package because I don't use the internet much (especially not for downloading large files).

I also currently have the Sky Talk service, so I understand that I get a 5 discount from the normal price of 15 per month, so I pay 10 for my broadband service.

I have three questions that I hope someone can answer for me:

      1. If I downgrade to the 'Everyday' package, which is advertised as being 10 a month, as long as I keep the Sky Talk service, will I pay 5 a month for my broadband service?
      2. I currently connect at about 11.8mb, and I understand that 'Everyday' is 'upto 10mb' - if I downgrade to the 'Everyday' package, is there a good chance I will get close to the 10mb speed advertised?
      3. If I do downgrade to the 'Everyday' package, will there be any interruption to my service?

      afaik Yes

      2. I currently connect at about 11.8mb, and I understand that 'Everyday' is 'upto 10mb' - if I downgrade to the 'Everyday' package, is there a good chance I will get close to the 10mb speed advertised?
Yes, your upload would also drop slightly as well

      3. If I do downgrade to the 'Everyday' package, will there be any interruption to my service?
In reality there shouldn't be, although it is possible that you may go through the DLM process, and so start off at a lower speed.
