Issues with broadband - cutting out

      Hi all,
I hope you can help me with this as it is driving me mad.

I have had Sky for 3 years and all has been fine, with the exception of some websites not showing occasionally and having to click refresh.

Now I have upgraded to Windows 7 I seem to be having more issues. When I run a certain programs and games the internet seems to drop until I stop running that game. Is the problem likely to be Sky or Windows?

      Router stats below:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 6143 kbps 606 kbps
Line Attenuation 43.5 db 25.9 db
Noise Margin 5.3 db 12.5 db

      Any advice appreciated!

It'll be the broadband connection causing the problem. The noise margin is dropping, probably causing errors to flood, thus you have to refresh and get times out and such.

Can you post the stats from the test socket with just a filter and the sky dsl cable - no extension cables.
