      slow slow connection

      Hi All
      Very new to all this & hope someone can help .

      over the last few weeks my broadbnd has become slower & slower .
      Can someone look at the below & see i they have any thoughts orideas on the soloution .

      I have connected to the test socket & this has made no change

      Connect to the test socket again and post your stats.

      You current stats show you are capped.

      you've got internal noise, and a lot of it, so looks like your internal wiring is shot

      Is that a big job for someone ? Its certainly not something i can do .
      will it be expensive ? at the moment have 2 additional lines upstairs

      easiest way is to fit a filtered faceplate in the master, isolating your BB to the master, and run cables/wireless/homeplugs to your PC(s)...I use this one...

      BT NTE-2000 ADSL Faceplate for NTE5

      about 2 mins to fit

      basically, all you need to make sure is the wires on the back of the faceplate now are in the same points as the new one - you might wanna order a fitting tool while you're at it as it'll make it easier to fit...
