Stats not changed since upgrade to unlimited.

I upgraded to unlimited (a lot of downloading) from mid on the 5th December. In that time, my sync speed has not changed from when I was on the mid package.
I'm not complaining as I reckon I am probably not going to get any more, but just wanted to check.
      Here are my stats:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8191 kbps 606 kbps
Line Attenuation 40.0 db 23.3 db
Noise Margin 9.9 db 15.5 db

Theoretically you should get a bit more, have you ever been capped for a stability issue??? Also have you tried turning the router off for a few mins to see if the noise margin changes?

I don't think the upgrade has gone through yet, or your upload would have changed. You are not with Sky Phone Rental are you? If so that might explain it. They seem to have problems upgrading connections using their own network. Quite a few are in this position.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.

My exchange went down for a day at the weekend so it had every chance to reset itself. However, I have turned it off a couple of times once the 10 days were up to no avail. No, never been capped.

No, not Sky Phone Rental, just the free Skytalk.

Is it worth me calling them?

It does not look like you will get much more download, you will not get much more than 10Mbs and you would have had that on Everyday if your line could take it. You should get a bit more up, so its probably worth giving them a call. Before you do, have you tried it in the Test socket? If not try it there and see if there is any improvement. If you don't have a test socket, take the wire off Terminal 3 on the back of the master faceplate. That is the ring wire and is not required.
