      Unhappy network address

      iam attempting to connect my wifes new netbook to the internet through our sky router i have now got a strong wireless connection however the netbook has been showing aquiring network address for over 2 hours can anyone help

      Try rebooting the laptop, and see if that sorts it?

      usually aquiring network address means the network key was entered incorrectly.
      If your network key is the one under the router, make sure you enter it in CAPITAL letters!
      There are NO numbers.
