      sky mixed up my order

      i don't know how but sky have managed to mix up my telephone line, i registered and ordered broadband for one line and they go and activate broadband on my other line, does anybody have any suggestions or advice

      You are not the first person that this has happened to

      If its not going to cause you any problems then I would leave it alone or you will find yourself having a cease and reprovide on the other line and that could take weeks to get sorted out.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
