Broadband on Sky Unlimited very slow

I arrived back from university Saturday, it took me half an hour to get the router to connect to the internet. My mum told me that she had been having to reset the router everytime she wanted to use the internet.
My download speeds are very slow. Before I left for uni, I was downloading at 1.2mb/s, now, I'm getting 500kb/s max and the other night the net went off for no reason.
We are paying for 20mb broadband, I don't mind getting 1.2mb/s as thats the limit of my phoneline, but the speeds now are just stupid, they where 1145kbps before I reset the router half a dozen times just before midnight.
I haven't downloaded anything since returning, only one file to test the internet speeds. My mum doesn't download and only uses MSN and browses the web for a few minutes a day if that so we can't have been capped for accessive downloading.

Connection Speed 5019 kbps download 797kbps upload
      Noise margin 13db-15db

If you are on unlimited like it says you are, you will not be capped. They don't have a fair use policy on the Unlimited package hence why I went for that

Post your full stats from the Test socket. You are syncing at 5019kbps, with would give you about 530KB/s actual download rate. If you were getting 1.2Mb/s previously you must have been syncing at over 11000 kbps, which suggests something has changed on your line

If your SNR is around 15db as you posted then there is a possible issue with your physical setup.
Change your microfilter, check all your connections make sure that nothing has been changed.
If your setup is older then 10 days you will have gone through DLM, so if your setup has degraded in anyway it could be that you have Errors building on the ADSL line.
Once you have check your setup and swopped the Microfilters about, reset the router and see if you sync to a better speed, Sky trys to aim for a 7 to 8db noise ratio.. so you should be able to get a faster speed if you are at 15!
