      ive just upgraded my base package to the full max package. it took 10 days and my connection had no interruptions. I was surprised to be honest becuase other than that, Sky have been **** at sorting stuff out. I got cick of speaking to f##ing indians who couldnt understand a word of english. Half the support people couldn't even tell you want a CPU was, let alone sort your connection out!

      I upgraded to broadband unlimited and have both line rental and call with sky for many many months.

      When I upgraded broadband) around a month ago I phoned sky and my speed increased within minutes of speaking to them, although the first person I spoke to passed me onto another department, technical I think !!.

      I was told that my line had been limited, which was removed as we spoke and speed increased. The guy I spoke to was also a user of skyuser and was on the phone with me for almost an hour, trying to squeeze as much as possible out of my line; cant thank him enough...

      Im not sure about SVBN, although I have been with sky broadband, sky line rental and sky calls from the start.

      Anyhow give them a call and I hope this resolves your problem..

      Thank you guys for all of your replies.

      I just got back from my Christmas holiday hoping that in two weeks this problem would be resolved by now but i still not been updated. I sent them an e-mail with my problem before i left two weeks ago and they replayed that they don't know when i will be updated. :S So I'm going to give them i call tomorrow morning again even that i don't think that they will do anything...
