The increase in download speed would seem to indicate that you have some software running from start up which is slowing your download. This could be P2P or torrents, or if you don't have these it could be your AV or firewall. All you can do is use MSCONFIG to disable the items set to run until you find the culprit. Use this sites speedtester to do your checks.

It may be worthwhile running Malwarebytes, just to check if you have picked up some malware -
      Malwarebytes.org

It also looks like you have some problems with your line as your sync speed has dropped. This is possible down to the weather, so I would not worry too much about that at the moment.

      Re: Help

That is looking a bit better, but you are still going to be subject to Sky's throttling policy. The only LLU ISP on your exchange is TalkTalk and although they have had a lot of bad press, they could hardly be worse than Connect. My neighbour uses them and is very satisfied. He has never had a problem, except once when his phone went down and it was fixed in under 12 hours.

      Re: Help

Thank for your help mate I appreciate it. I think I will stay with Sky because I don't really get on with Talk Talk. I guess I will have to wait and see if my exchange gets Sky enabled. Thanks again.
