      Sky Usage tool

      Has anyone else noticed that the duration of the stats on the usage tool is over one month.

      Mine seems to be giving me stats over 1 and a half months so I am naturally over my allowance.

      Is this just a first month settling in period for the new usage tool.

      I have been with Broadband for years now.

      The usage tool started for everyone on the same date so naturally there'll be cases where there'll be more than a months worth of data until it catches up with your normal account period.

      Do you have a note by your usage saying that you are over your limit and if you go over again in the next 5 months you will be upgraded? If so you you should call Sky and point out that you are not getting your full allowance and would like it corrected.

      I don't know if Sky have a dedicated line for the Usage tool, if not, they should have.

      Even tier 1 can check the usage you've done over a monthly period. A quick call to sky could confirm how much you're over in what period of time.

      I've went 19gig over my usage this month...
