You should be able to get to 10Mb with those stats. What are the stats from the test socket.

Really, that would be the best that I could expect to achieve if I upgraded to the 20mb service ?

Re: Realistic Speed Result for 20mb Upgrade.

It is an UPTO 20mb service, this all depends on your line lenght and condition. This is outside of Sky's hands.

Many people have the UPTO 20mb service with much lower speeds than 10mb, mainly due to the unlimited download allowance.

Re: Realistic Speed Result for 20mb Upgrade.

If your downstream noise margin is 4 dbs, you are just clinging on to the speed you have. Unless you get a better result in your Test socket, you will get no more.
