      Speed Throttling?

Hey all figured i would myown thread since mine seems a bit differnet a problem than the others

I have been having this issue for quite some time and was hoping someone could help me shed some light as to how to fix this. For acouple weeks now my connection has slowed right down at around 5PM to about 1AM and then returns to normal.

This is during the problem hours

I'll post a 2AM one later on. I'm fairly new at all this so if there is any other info that might help please let me know

We need the router stats to help.

How to get your router statistics

If you are indeed on the sky unlimited package, then you will not be throttled. The sky connect package is traffic shaped however.

Hate to tell you, the 448 kbps possibly means you are on Connect not Unlimited.

Check MySky and see what it says.

Those stats are definitely connect, mate. That'll be the reason you're being traffic shaped unfortunately.

If you want to, you could double check. Test Result If that link works when you enter your telephone number then you're on BT adslmax i.e. sky connect package.
