      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Been doing some further tests to unlimited.newshosting.com:

      (32 byte)
      Ping statistics for 63.218.45.254:
      Packets: Sent = 34, Received = 27, Lost = 7 (20% loss),
      Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
      Minimum = 99ms, Maximum = 103ms, Average = 100ms

      (1500 byte)
      Ping statistics for 63.218.45.254:
      Packets: Sent = 50, Received = 42, Lost = 8 (16% loss),
      Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
      Minimum = 132ms, Maximum = 139ms, Average = 133ms

      I have also attached a WinMTR result, could someone else please do the same? as I'm interested to know if this loss could be the cause of my sluggish speeds.
