    Lost sync with the exchange...

      Lost sync with the exchange...

      Hi,

      I lost sync with the exchange at approximately 12pm today and had to go through the first line support which wouldn't excalate my call unless I unplugged, power cycled & finally reset my router.

      I go finally was transfered to second level who did a few tests and have now organised an engineer to come out during the week but I was wondering if Sky had a summary or status page somewhere publicly accessible?

      The Sky network is "Easynet" so any major problem at your exchange should be visible here: Easynet > Support Portal > Status Information
