      Sagem suck

      Hi, i have a sagem, in a busy city area lots of other connections, in a phone socket. With BT the other router worked fine now with the new sky router it sucks.
      The connection drops every 3 seconds, theres long period of connection without internet access and its very very slow.
      what can i do.

      Post your stats from the normal position and from the Test socket. See the Quick Links box on the left for details.

      Is it wireless? Change your channel from auto to another channel on the router.

      Connect up an ethernet cable for the following:

      - Open a browser window
      - Type 192.168.0.1 into the address bar and press enter
      - username: admin -- password: sky
      - Click ok
      - Click 'Setup' in the top left
      - Change the channel from auto-06
      - Apply at the bottom of the page

      Take the ethernet cable out and monitor the connection.

      Also, as Isitme stated, post your router stats for confirmation whether it's your sync dropping or wireless.
