Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      What a useful bloke!

I think it's a bit disturbing that a return form is included as standard with the router, it's almost as if they were expecting something.....
Connection Speed 13753 kbps Down - 766 kbps Up
Line Attenuation 33.5 db Down - 18.7 db Up
Noise Margin 7.0 db Down - 11.6 db Up

I think its a very good idea since its supplied as part of the package and not shop bought it makes it easy if you have to return it for any reason.

Normally when a router has to be returned depending on how long you have had it go through all kind of trouble to send them back either to the shop or direct to Netgear.

Quite a few online stores include pre-printed returns labels in their deliveries. I would assume it greatly reduces the need for hand-holding of customers should anything go wrong.

They have to provide a returns note by law, it part of the distant selling act.

But I agree it is still a very good idea
