Re: from 1mg d/l to 6.5 on connect is that possible

Theres something wrong there, your getting very poor thoroughput for your sync speed. If you have a test socket then try it in there and see if you get a higher speed.io test. Your stats do indicate that theres more to be had but your not at present getting the speed out of your sync which would indicate there may be a problem are you on wired?
As for getting your ping down you need to ring sky and ask for your max delays to be reduced to 8 for gaming.

Try it with the network cable as wireless is never going to give you brilliant speed tests.

DLM has not finished on your line yet.

You will nearly always loose speed using a wireless connection. To get your true download speed you must connect by ethernet.

fitted all back together and now back to 4 meg download

im hoping this has something to do with the dlm going back it better be but now im worried they might think there is a fault and cap me at that

should of frigging just left alone

Re: from 1mg d/l to 6.5 on connect is that possible

Even if you plug it into the test socket you still need the micro filter.

Also if DLM sets your speed low, just ring them up and they'll sort it.
