Its a BTW phone number but its actually Ofcoms line tag checker though they will try to assist they are limited as to what they can find out most of the time they refer you back to your ISP or at least that my experience with them, in saying that I have told people to ring them on the off chance they will get lucky.

As always they complete the cease on time but your LLU oder would seem to be in limbo just like so many other members

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Ok quick Update!

Spoke to the order team again yesterday. They checked with provisioning who phoned BT, and my order has now been escalated in BT. This is the first time this has happened (even though all this week Sky staff have ben telling me they have been checking with BT).

The intertesting thing is now that the lady I spoke to informed me there is an issue in the exchange on my connection. So it looks like everything did go through on time, but there was an issue, which is still unresolved.

I have been advised to phone back at 12 today if the account is not active. Now where did I put that 0800 number!

Just been told I am now not going to be installed for another 4 weeks.

How you can go from 1 day to 4 weeks in one call is beyond belief.

So thats a goodbye to sky from me. Lets hope they can cancel the service efficiently (I bet they have had a good practise).
