      I can't get the Base, MID or MAX package only the Connect package, as SKY's equip. is full.

      Called OFCOM again... to see if they can any light to this. Once again, My line is OK.

      On the phone to SKY BB now & holding.

      Ah I see if thats the case and you are wiling to go onto the Conned package then go for it or you will have to wait for them to upgrade the equipment at your exchange and that could take some time.

      As for you line that will be fine.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
