BT Line now fixed but router speed down to 1/3

Hi can you ps help me. Last week my BT line when down completly after severe noise issues and lost line on phone/BB. I have since had BT out to repair and renew overhead line and its now clear as a whistle. But now my problem is my router DL speed has dropped down to only 3mb and upload speed has halfed. Before all the problems I used to connect at 10mb sometimes 12mb.
Below is my router stats connected to master socket with no ext etc. Many thanks

It looks like you still have noise problems. Can you plug into the test socket and post your stats from there. Link below.

Re: BT Line now fixed but router speed down to 1/3

Can you change the filter you are using and try the Test socket again? You are showing a healthy rise in the downstream noise margin, but your upstream is still negative, this can sometimes be caused by dodgy filters.

If your stats stay like this, then it is definitely your router which is faulty. With these stats you should see 13-14Mb. If it holds up overnight, phone Sky tomorrow, tell them you would like your line reconfigured as line repairs have been done on it.

Thanks is it me! Ive just done another stat and it seems noise has changed again. Would my line still hold 13mb on these stats ps?

I thought we had established that your router was at fault, why put it back on? With your present stats you would be lucky to get 7-8Mbs. Put the other router back on and try it.
