i have been on everyday bb for about a year and have been in touch with sky re max spe from the line the following stats are from the master socket and so sky tell me re the best i can expect

Re: Connection has gone really bad.
Get the stats again from the test socket, something is dragging your speeds down, you should be getting 20mb.
See signature for TEST socket details. Also, ensure all the other phones are dead when you remove the faceplate.
