Please Help - Connecting with ADSL 1 Router

      Hi,

I am new so please bare with me. If this has been answered elsewhere I apologise.

Like most people I have had my line activated (switched form BT) without Sky telling me this date. I can see my line synched at the new speed (Sky Connect) but I cannot use the internet.

Sky cannot tell me how to configure my router in the meantime. Can anyone help? I have to wait for their router and they can give me no idea when that will be.

      Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the site Just Cause

Sorry but thats a problem a lot of people are having at the moment and since SkyBB will only allow its customers to use there router there is nothing that will help on this forum until your Sky one shows up as all you login details are programed into your Sky router and hidden.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Thanks for the reply.

I wish they had of told me this before I signed up. I specifically asked if I could use my hardware in the event of a delivery mess up.
