      Parceline number

      Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, couldn't see anything from a quick search but the Parceline number you need to ask if a parcel is destined for you is 08459 300100 and you need option 5.

      (Mebbe worth putting in the faq along with the other contact numbers?)

      Just phoned them and the parcel is due for delivery today!

      Yay

      (Will just be my luck that its not a parcel from Sky but instead is something I've bought elsewhere lol!)

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
