I recently joined BB unlimited and i egt varired speeds from 4mps to 10mbps throughout the day. It usually doesn't go above 8mbps. Is this normal, or do I have to wait the full 10 days fot the full 16mb?

And also i accidently switched my router off once, does this have any effect?

      Thanks for the help

Chances are you are still on DLM, this takes around 10 days from the time it starts.

Are you using wireless? if so, try a wire, you should get around 90% of you sync speed.

I would imagine that you will be around 14-15mb once it is all sorted.

Thanks, but are you sure nothing could have happened because of me switching off the router by accident?

No, you should be fine. If after DLM has finished your noise margin is still high then a call to CST t o manually configure it should do it.

It should be around the 7-8db mark.
