      Can It Get Any Better?

Hello, my router says the following:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 3069 kbps 605 kbps
Line Attenuation 49.5 db 29.4 db
Noise Margin 8.6 db 15.9 db

Right now Iím on sky BB mid and i know these stats are pretty bad, i live right on the edge of my telephone exchange.(cross the street and it changes) is there any chance of it being improved just a little?
      Thanks in advance
