      In the short period shown in your stats you have already accumulated quite a large amount of errors. These could rise quite sharply as the line gets noisier and cause it to drop. I agree with IWNTE, they should have put your line on G.DMT, it would have been faster and less likely to drop. A speed around 5Mb should have been possible on your line.

      One thing more, if you have extensions wired into your master socket, remove the faceplate and see if there is a wire on terminal 3. If there is pull it off, this is the ring wire, it is not required when using filters and can cause interference. Take a note of your noise margin before and after you do this to see if there is any difference.
