      DLM question

I got my sky unlimited connected 9 or 10 days ago.

After the 1st 24 hours my speed jumped from 4mb to 7mb i expected them to keep pushing the line to test the max which i estimate to be about 10mb.

It hasnt moved in 9 days.

What is my best course of action to get sky to put up the speed without having to talk to tier 1 tech help?

there's room for more, DLM might've seen something it didn't like so give Sky a call and see what they say...

Some tier 1 have line administration access to change speeds, so some aren't hopeless.

At this time, if you ring in just tell tier 1 that you wish to have your max delays reduced due to high pings and they'll transfer you through to CST.

I agree. Then if you are told you are getting as much as you can, use the underhand method.
