I'd noticed a drop in my download speed over trhe last 4 weeks or so..down from 2.75 average to 1.75. Gave Sky a call and it seems some software (dynamic somthing or other) was run on my line during late sept and early oct and it determined that the best speed for my line was was 2meg..delivering just 1.75 at the router..After my call (spoke to two nice people) it is now 4meg delivering 3.5 at the router...

It seems it pays to talk..
