Exclamation Upstream on sky MAX 412kbps?

Hi, my connection has been on DLM for a few days, and capped itself at 6140kbps downstream and 796kbps upstream, but sky took the cap off so now its around 7500kbps downstream but my upstream has gone really low, only 412kbps now, and it used to be 796kbps!! the SNR is 25db upstream now lol, used to be around 14db at 796kbps? so should i phone them and ask then to make the upstream higher? and y has the speed dropped?
