      My router stats have been stuck at

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 5024 kbps 796 kbps
      Line Attenuation 49.0 db 27.1 db
      Noise Margin 12.9 db 12.0 db

      For 3 days now, I have fired off an email to Sky technical support with a copy of my initial stats asking them to manually change them back. It is not as if its a problem with my connection, I was getting the higher speeds from Orange for over 3 years with ever having a problem.

      Anyone know how long it will take Sky to action?

      You're better off phoning, likely to get 'auto-regraded' which will probably lower the speeds again...if DLM is complete then on the phone it's a 10 second job...
