Hey all so I have the sagem sky router,it's been playing up lately. For instants If have a power cut or have to turn the router off and on again, it goes totally mad the lights don't light up in the correct sequence and I have to leave it alone for 3+ hours before it's starts correctly. While it's trying to start random lights will go on and off and some will flicker.Also if the internet disconnects the router resets it's self, and starts re-doing ip addresses and start up checks :/
Could I just drop sky an e-mail and they would send me a new one,or do I need to flash it or something?

Call sky, tell them your router is broken. Turn it off before you call them and turn it on as the call gets to the point where they ask what lights are lit. Plug in to main or test socket before you call to sped things along and make sure you focus the call on the faulty router and don't let them TS speed or stability etc.
