      The default address of the Dlink is http://192.168.1.1. and the username and passwords are both admin. If these have been changed you can set it back to 'factory' by pushing a biro into the reset button which is just below the ports on the rear. One thing I will mention is that unless you have updated the firmware you may not get ADSL2+. I had to update mine.

      When you get the Home page, click the Setup tab, then Connection 1 under DSL. All the settings you need to enter are here. When you have made the entries, click the System Commands button then Save Changes.

      I've read this is a problem with the exchange and not Sky?
      Sorry I just noticed this. Although the problem may be in the exchange it is still Sky's problem. It is their equipment that is in the exchange so they must instruct BTO to fix it. BT will not have anything to do with it without being told by Sky.
