Hi On the back of the router next to where the power lead goes in is a small hole. Push a pen tip or end of a paper clip in there for 10 seconds while the router is powered up.

This will reset it to how it was when delivered i.e. default settings and default password

It looks like you have a rather bad noise problem, possibly a REIN problem, you would need to run the program for a longer period to see if there is a pattern as to when the SNR changes happen.

A couple of days to start with, see if you notice any pattern to the noise margin dropping, sometimes people fine it is at a specific time of day, almost to the second.

The trick then is to see if anything in your control is happening about the same time ie boiler firing up, immersion heater on a timer or even street lights or an outside light coming on.

Then cross your fingers that Christmas lights etc don't make matters worse in the months to come

Who knows but as it is your connection it is your decision if you want to attemop to fix it. I would see it as more of a challange than anything else. Also a good opportunity to learn what is happening and how to improve it.
