I just can't see how they think 10GB is fair. 95% of poeople must exceed this.

      Who have you gone with?
I got a letter a while ago, but last month i know i downloaded about 25GB of data. On Monday received an email from SKY about the fair use policy. I think this was a general email sent to Everyday users. Anyhow i continue using everyday until something happens, then i might go to Max or elsewhere.

BT as an ISP is crap same crappy service that you get from CS agents at Sky and BT (sorry for the minority CS staff that post here).

Im still buzzing at the speed increase and fab CS from O2 I keep pinching myself Im sure Im on life support somewhere and I'll wake up on talktalk
