      Hey Guys,

This is what it has captured so far. The test is still going. Do these early results seem promising in anyway?

      Thanks, Chris

There seems to be regular small drops, about 1 db, in the noise margin, as if something was happening every 30 mins or so, causing the drop. Keep it running overnight and see what happens. As Smithy says, you could phone Sky and ask them to lift the cap a bit, but keep the stats going.

When is the best time to call CST? Every time I call the broadband technical department they put me through to another department, CST?, and I eventually wait for about 30min and then just hang up. I can never get through.

It varies, but on weekdays you may get straight through around 4.30-6pm and also in the morning to midday on weekends.

You are still getting that 1 db drop, but if it gets no worse, Sky should be able to set your line to accommodate this. If you can get through to CST tell them you have been tracking your noise margin and it never drops more than 1 Db. Don't mention this to Tier 1 as most of them will not know what you are talking about.
