      Creating Additional User Problem

Just has this from Tech Support:

Thank you for your continued contact, unfortunately the problem that you are suffering from is a generic webmail issue that our technical engineers are working round the clock to try and fix. We can only ask that you bear with us until this site is up and running at its full capability. We do not have a estimate of when this will be, but please be assured we are working to resolve this issue.

      Kind regards

      Jason

Yep I have had the same thing said to me more than once I have giving up chasing them about it now and will wait for it to work, I can still use my email client to check for any email so not bothered anymore.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
