606kbps is the maximum upload speed for Mid/Everyday on ADSL2+. Try to get through to CST and ask them to put you back on G.DMT as ADSL2+ is crippling your connection.

      *sigh*

Emailed them to ask to be changed back to G.DMT on on the 7th/8th. Received an email on the 10th (whilst on holiday) saying it was complete. Telephoned the folks mid-week who said Sky had sent an email saying DLM had started again. Phoned up asking them to stop it, which they did, however speeds remained awful. Rang up again, and was told that we were getting 3000 errors per hour on the line and to move it to the master socket. The guy also said he'd bumped our speed up to 3 MB. Returned from holiday today, moved the router downstairs to the master socket, but (surprise, surprise) speeds are no different

Will have to cancel soon if it's not fixed.

Emailing works for some complaints but to get things right, use the phone.
