      Drop in speed

      Hi, about a week ago my broadband has got slower and slower, im on a fairly long line but used to sync at 2096 giving me about 1.5mb,
      it has now gone down to sync at 1530 kbps.

      any suggestions as to why this has happened as nothing has changed on my end.

      my stats:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 1530 kbps 412 kbps
      Line Attenuation 59 db 35 db
      Noise Margin 15 db 21 db

      Well it doesn't look like DLM has ran, but it simply looks like you've been capped for some reason. Contact sky [08442 410515] and ask to be put through to the customer solutions team as you'd like your max delays reduced. You'll be passed through pretty quickly and your line un-capped within a minute or two.

      thanks for the reply, have upgraded myself to sky mid now and things have improved greatly!
